Sarah is a Registered Nurse by profession, experienced both in clinical leadership and operations on a national level as an executive director. 

Featured in Global Healthcare Magazine as one of the five most influential female voices in 2025. 

She is a seasoned trainer, coach, and healthcare consultant, Sarah spearheads the team in delivering training and consultancy services. 

Jonah Stoodley: Director 

 Leadership and Management

Jonah is a dynamic and driven professional with experience at an executive director level, playing a pivotal role in fostering growth and advancement. 

In his capacity as a Director at MDT Online, he oversees business development and operational management.

We are delighted to have his drive, focus and empathy as a Director of  MDT Online. 

Kathryn Barrett: Director

Kathryn is an accomplished professional with an honours degree in law and a specialised focus on human resource management. 

Kathryn exemplifies professionalism, support, and empathy in her approach.

Toni Greenway: Head of Training (Care)

BA Hons in Business and Law 

Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care

Level 3 Award in Education, Training and Assessing.

 Toni  is an experienced trainer with a strong foundation in Business and Law (BA Hons) and  Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care  (Level 5). Passionate about empowering individuals and teams, Toni delivers engaging training tailored to enhance skills and foster professional growth

 Toni utilises her knowledge and practical experience to inspire participants on their journey to success.
