Sarah is a Registered Nurse by profession, experienced both in clinical leadership and operations on a national level as an executive director. 

Featured in Global Healthcare Magazine as one of the five most influential female voices in 2025. 

She is a seasoned trainer, coach, and healthcare consultant, Sarah spearheads the team in delivering training and consultancy services. 

Jonah Stoodley: Director 

 Leadership and Management

Jonah is a dynamic and driven professional with experience at an executive director level, playing a pivotal role in fostering growth and advancement. 

In his capacity as a Director at MDT Online, he oversees business development and operational management.

We are delighted to have his drive, focus and empathy as a Director of  MDT Online. 

Kathryn Barrett: Director

Kathryn is an accomplished professional with an honours degree in law and a specialised focus on human resource management. 

Kathryn exemplifies professionalism, support, and empathy in her approach.

Toni Greenway: Trainer & Supervisor

 Toni  is an experienced trainer with a strong foundation in Business and Law (BA Hons) and  Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care  (Level 5). Passionate about empowering individuals and teams, Toni delivers engaging training tailored to enhance skills and foster professional growth

 Toni utilises her knowledge and practical experience to inspire participants on their journey to success.

Jackie Mogg

 Director & Business Manager

 Jackie Mogg brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. With many years of experience managing customer accounts, finances and invoicing, Jackie specialises in optimising processes and fostering strong relationships with teams, clients and stakeholders. 

Her commitment to excellence and innovative approaches has consistently led to improved efficiencies and enhanced business performance.

Lynsie Smith: Director & Assessor

A1 & A2 Assessor, Experienced Trainer, Registered Managers Award, Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety, Diploma Mindfulness, NVQ 4 Children and Young People.

Lynsie is a skilled and knowledgeable health and social care professional, with an impressive track record of 25 years + of experience. Lynsie is a Director and Registered Manager for The Happy Healing Hut CIC.

Lynsie is an experienced Trainer, Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer.

Hannah Barrett: Internal Quality Assurance

BA (Hons) and PGCE with QTS

Hannah is a qualified, skilled teacher and heads up our Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) team. 

Hannah is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards in our ILM Leadership and Management Training Centre, Face-toFace Health and Social Care Training, and e-learning platforms.

We are delighted to have Hannah at the helm of our training services and know she will bring both professionalism and empathy to her training delivery, and appreciative inquiry in her approach to quality assurance.
