Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website or purchasing any of our services.
By accessing our Website or purchasing our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms.
3. Our services
MDT Online provides online and face-to-face health and social care training, bespoke workshops, accredited qualifications, and related consultancy services. Full details of our services are set out on our Website.
All prices quoted on our Website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such alteration, suspension, or discontinuation.
4. Course bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only when we have received full payment or a valid purchase order, and you have received written confirmation from us.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date will be charged 50% of the course fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will be charged the full course fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course. In the event of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
For online courses purchased through our platform, access is granted upon receipt of payment. Online course access is non-transferable and is for the named learner only.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of MDT Online or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Course materials provided to learners are licensed for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or reproduced without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDT Online excludes all conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms which may apply to our Website or any content on it, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with: use of, or inability to use, our Website; or use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for those services.

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in the first instance at [email protected] or by telephone on 01420 377333. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days and to resolve them within 14 working days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the relevant awarding body (ILM, City & Guilds, or NUCO as applicable) or seek independent legal advice.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Continued use of our Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
