Quality assurance, safeguarding, CQC compliance and inspection readiness — from a Registered Nurse and experienced Nominated Individual with over 30 years in regulated settings. Sarah holds an active NMC PIN, is a member of the South East Social Care Nurse Advisory Council, and is completing her professional diploma in Psychotherapy. She is highly experienced in supporting teams sensitively when things go wrong, and brings both clinical rigour and coaching expertise to every engagement.

Kathryn Barrett
Co-Founder & Director — Strategic HR & Employment Law
Kathryn holds an LLB (Hons) and brings a rare combination of legal rigour and genuine people insight to health and social care organisations. She advises on complex employment matters, organisational risk, workforce strategy and CQC Regulation 19 compliance — helping leaders make confident decisions that balance commercial priorities, compliance and their people.

He is currently working towards his Level 7 in Strategic Leadership and Management and brings executive director-level experience to every engagement.
